Markus Olligschläger General Manager, German Association for Business, Transport and Logistics (BWVL) e.V.

Since the beginning of 2020, Markus Olligschläger has been Chief Executive Officer of the German Association for Business, Transport and Logistics (BWVL) e. V. Before switching to the shippers' association, the trained commercial lawyer, who has held positions in Switzerland, France and the USA, worked for the DSLV freight forwarders' association in management positions for over 17 years. Born in the Rhineland, he sees his roots in his parents' textile retail business. Mr. Olligschläger has been a lecturer at the RFH Rheinische Fachhochschule Cologne since 2008 and has also trained several thousand drivers and dispatchers in adult education.
