Axel Blume is team leader for climate-friendly commercial vehicles at NOW GmbH in Berlin. He studied geography, transport and political science at the TU Dresden. From 2011 to 2016, he worked at dena (Deutsche Energie Agentur GmbH) in Berlin.
He has been employed by NOW since 2016, initially as Programme Manager Mobility and Fuel Strategy (MKS). Since 2021, he has been Team Leader Climate-Friendly Commercial Vehicles at NOW GmbH. In his daily work, he and his team support the implementation of the cross-technology overall concept of climate-friendly commercial vehicles of the Federal Ministry of Digital Affairs and Transport.
